All our puppies come with the following,

. Health guarantee's (which are highlighed in their contract)

. Lifetime breeder's support!
Their parents have been DNA tested for 13 genetic diseases to ensure none of their puppies can be affected by these conditions. Transport can be organise Australia wide for our puppies at buyers expense. Depending on our time availability we may be able to personally delivery the puppies to Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane! More photos, videos, facetimes and in person vists are always welcome to see the puppies or their parents!

MELBOURNE LITTER
Process of Securing a Puppy
1. Fill out our puppy questionnaire and ask any questions you have
2. We will ask you further questions to ensure you are the perfect fit for one of our puppies
3. If both parties are happy, the new owner can choose an available puppy
4. We will then ask for some details from the legal owner of the puppy and send them a contract and invoice for the deposit
5. We will then ask if they would like to pay the remaining balance in full at pick-up or start a payment plan (outlined below)
6. We will then keep you updated on how your pup is going until they are able to leave our care at 8 weeks of age
Payment Plans
At Seileach, we understand that welcoming a new puppy into your family is a big step — emotionally and financially. That’s why we’re pleased to now offer flexible payment plans for our puppies. We never want price to be the reason a family misses out on their perfect companion.
We’re happy to discuss personalised payment options that suit your financial situation. Below is the general outline of how our payment plan system works:
1. Once a particular puppy has been paired with a family, a deposit is required to secure that puppy.
2. Each family can then choose to pay the remaining balance in full at pick-up or via a payment plan.
3. If a payment plan is chosen, the new owner can select whether to make weekly or fortnightly instalments — whichever works best for them.
4. The length of the payment period will also be agreed upon. We typically suggest a 12-week plan.
5. A contract will be signed outlining the repayment schedule, frequency, and responsibilities. We also require a photo of the owner's driver’s license for security purposes.
Note: Puppies can still go home at 8 weeks of age even if you're on a payment plan. This is why identification is required.
